Please see our latest report following the survey.

Baldwins Lane Surgery has a Patient Reference Group which has been formed to represent the views of all our patients.  The group is open to new members at any time to attend occasional meetings at which we hope to discuss patient concerns and ways of improving the service we provide.

The main focus of the Group is to be representative of the Practice as a whole and to meet and discuss issues relevant to all our patients.  The Group will consider issues that it feels important which will then be brought to the attention of the wider Practice population by way of a Patient Survey.

Areas under discussion for improvement are as follows:-

Appointments

Clinical Care

Reception

Confidentiality

Opening Hours

If you would also like to become a member of our Patient Reference Group please complete the Application Form below and hand in to Reception for the attention of our Practice Manager.  You do not have to attend the meetings in person as your views and ideas can be discussed via email.
